Started at Boggs and rode southwest a little beyond MP15, indulging in a little NPR/WYEP since I was on the trail. Reversed and rode east. Came upon three joggers running three abreast across the trail and not looking, had to sort of yell "tsk, tsk, tsk" at them, which was effective but afterwards I reflected that it may have been inarticulate.
Continued to Groveton and MP0. Trail conditions are excellent. Reversed and saw a beautiful blue heron by the rifle range.
