I didn't balance the food distribution too evenly today. I ate a too-light breakfast, followed by a cheeseburger at a luncheon, and then directly afterward (remarkably) I didn't feel that great on the bike. I did ride 17 miles on the Montour Trail.
My intake goals for the next week include knocking off the "treat" eating. I'd like to get to 210 pounds, and I imagine that July-August is the timeframe to do that.
