I rode 31 miles on the Montour Trail. Started at McDonald under the trestle, rode through the National Tunnel to MP 31.5 and the Grand Trio: Farmhouse Coffee, a Greek shop, and Subway. I try to rotate among them. One of my weight goals is to avoid "trophy" food on rides so I skipped the coffee house; the gyro place was backed up for a half-hour; and so I ended up in Subway, which always rocks for a bicycle rider as far as filling up water bottles etc.
