Surly TV Tray
I"ve just put a Surly TC Tray rack on my legacy Surly front rack. I really like the major platform.
Previously I'd used a Specialized(?) Pizza Rack, but I found the space between the top platform and the upper crossbar you'd mount a pannier on was insufficient.
